Hamburger Hochbahn AG and its subsidiaries stand for integrity, responsibility, and compliance with all applicable laws. The whistleblowing system of Hamburger Hochbahn AG provides a confidential and secure way to report violations of applicable laws as well as breaches of the HOCHBAHN Group’s compliance and ethics guidelines (including human rights and environmental standards). This includes violations occurring along the HOCHBAHN Group’s supply chains.

What can you report?

• Violations of laws and standards that affect our business activities, such as corruption, conflicts of interest, breaches of procurement rules, or IT security violations (German Whistleblower Protection Act)
• Violations of labor and human rights, discrimination or harassment in the workplace, and serious breaches of environmental standards (German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act)
• Any other violations of laws or internal guidelines

Please note: General complaints about our transport services — such as issues related to timetables, routes, ticket prices, delays, or personal experiences with staff — are not meant to be submitted via this reporting channel and will not be processed. How can you submit a report?

You may submit your report either anonymously or by providing your name. In either case, your report will be treated confidentially. Our whistleblowing system allows you to submit written reports. If you would like to report verbally, you can leave a voice message at the following number: 040-3288 2266. If you would like to request a personal meeting, please tick the corresponding box or inform us in your voice message.

Who can report?

The whistleblowing system is available to all individuals who are affected by potential violations or who have a legitimate interest in reporting them — including employees, customers, business partners, and their employees.

Anonymity and data protection

Unless you provide your name, your report is submitted completely anonymously and in accordance with data protection requirements. Please refer to the FAQs and the privacy policy for further details.

After submitting your report, you will immediately receive a Case ID and a password. Please note both and keep them secure. Please make a note of both and keep them confidential. With this case ID and your password, you can log in again later and enter into an anonymous dialogue with the case handlers. The password cannot be restored or changed afterwards.
